β β β β β No regard for people's time here... most brutal service I've ever encountered. Wait for hours and hours and hours even for empties. Used to be ok during the night but now it seems just as bad if not worse. Last night waited over 3 hours for empties and tonight it's looking like the same... do these people not realize that half of us do not get paid wait times and burning our fuel to keep warm or cool. In the morning the crane guys are quite good but in the evening crane guys are very very slow
in the evening they usually let you wait for 4 to 5 hours for a box

β β β β β this company does not pay money for the work performed. I worked as a sub sub-contractor for Andrzej and Valdemar. They owe me $ 3290, I have all the invoices for the chassis work performed by me on my phone and in the documents. These people don't answer my calls

β β β β β Very bad management. They have two yards. Main yard and empty pool, If you take empty container to CP empty pool you will get location to drop in main yard and if another day you take container to main yard then you will get location in empty pool. Today I went to CP with empty container and I decided to call to customer Service to ask which side should I go. Lady told me to go to load side. But when I reached at booth on load side, I got enterchange for empty pool. I was very upset. It happens every day with hundreds of drivers. Wasting of time, Wasting of fuel, Wasting of energy and govt telling us to save environment.

β β β β β Crane operators need to learn that they get payed to give drivers service and not drive up and down row making their hours and forcing drivers wait for ever to get their container,not professional service especially in such a fact pace environment, crane operator by name Edd that was driving crane r1902 on may 10 needs to be fired on spot,he literally plays dirty games on drivers, loading one container and then leaving somewhere for one hour coming back and same thing over again,I was waiting 3 hours there to get loaded.
