This is the story of Cowtown farmer boy who nailed the art of craft beer. It started with a conversation, a keen curiosity, and an idea. It turned into a passion, heartened by the belief that it's never too late to try your hand at something brand new. After all, the haziest adventures lead to the most beautiful things.
The journey to Cowtown Brewing Co. has been full of sleepless nights, countless hours in the brewery, and of course blood, sweat, and tears...literally...but don't worry we kept it out of your beer! With unwavering dedication, and a goal to craft the best beer products and deliver them at reasonable prices for everyone to enjoy, Cowtown Beer came to life. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique offerings and creative blends. These guys are taking care to brew beer you want and make sure it’s available where you shop, definitely care about their customers. Very friendly when we had the chance to stop in and I enjoyed the details on the chai beer as well as the loose leaf tea with the same spice blend from their grandparents. Also love that you can design your own mix pack, without committing to more before you know you like them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fell in love with there IPA because the hops that they use actually give the beer a slightly fruity aspect but not like when it is infused. You can taste and sense the pride and attention to an ideal that is at the heart of every beer they do. Tonight I'm enjoying the moose maple and this could inspire even more reverie.

All the beer was really good but the chai was the best. Just the right mixture of chai and malt so neither took over.
We arrived just after it closed and the owner re-opened and served us. He took the time to talk to us and tell us all about his beer and business. It was awesome.
