★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I frequently walk through this public exercise and green space area. On this occasion I used the washroom, it was clean well maintained and in good condition. This place offers something for everyone with few exceptions. Children can use the play equipment similar to what is found at elementary schools. There is a well maintained grass field, a cinder track and a selection of equipment for performing calaesthetics. While I'm not aware of a weight pit or universal strength training equipment and there isn't a swimming pool most other forms of exercise can be performed here. As a publicly funded facility without user fees or membership this is a nice option especially when you can't afford other options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained fields, perhaps not a family place after dark, great for adults hitting the track, enjoying a stroll or (if your covid safe) using the gym equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! And so does my 17 month old daughter, Ava! I walk her here almost everytime I get to see her. I love walking Ava around the soft rubber track that surround the ball fields. And there is a playground here that Ava loves to explore, as I keep her from banging her head on stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Cowichan Sportsplex is an amazing place to play ball, or watch people play ball. The Sportsplex grounds are overall pretty tidy and the walking Track around the ball fields is very awesome, I love the low impact track. Much better than the brown track. They also have outdoor exercise equipment which is very convenient for working with your own body weight. There was also a playground for children to play of all ages, and that is also kept very clean. Hats off to the groundskeeper for maintaining the Sportsplex so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! You can run around the track or along a trail that takes you to the out door gym. If you are lucky you'll find a good book in the mini library or get to watch a baseball game or field hockey tournament while you work out :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent recreation facility! You can walk or run around the track, take a run through the trail going behind the baseball diamonds, or watch events taking place. There is a playground for kids, and bleachers for watching events taking place. The track is kept in great shape all the time.
