I	Indo Canadian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed. Even though you make an online appointment, you still need to wait outside in a queue which again is not as per your appointment time. I had to wait outside in the cold for 45 minutes for a 2 minute thing and I had the severe symptoms (could barely stand). Problem is on both sides. Even the people are equally at fault. They ask you to come 5 minutes in advance of your appointment time. My appointment was at 2:30. I got in the line exactly at 2:25. But then there were people in the queue in front of me who were booked for 3 o'clock. Like what are you doing here at 2:25 when your appointment is at 3. Means just come in advance so you can stand outside and make others stand outside who are on time just because you think you are crazy smart. Stupid people.

Waited at most maybe 40 minutes and finished 10 minutes before my friend appointment time. Thumbs up for all the hard-working medical staff of site ?

s	sarim humayun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience here. Booked my test online on Sunday for same day (managed to get a slot 45min after the time of booking). Reached 15 minutes before the scheduled time. There were only 1 or 2 people ahead of me. I didn't even notice it because by the time I filled out my health card details, I was already at the front of the queue. It took hardly 7 minutes from the time I reached and by the time I was done with the test and back in my car. I was actually done 8 minutes before my scheduled appointment time :)
