★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Cleaning Company ever! They came in and disconnected all of our computers and did not bather to put them back together. There was still dust everywhere after the cleaners left and they refused to send them back!
We fired them after 3 months of giving them chances. Now we have a great cleaning company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Coverall for our business to clean offices and bathroom. They did not do a good job, their cleaning products leave a scummy film on every surface, they didn't replace toilet paper rolls into the dispensers, just laid them on top of the back of the toilet. They had to be instructed on a daily basis of what they missed on the last cleaning. I would not recommend this company. We dismissed them within 1 month. If I could rate them with no stars, I would have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coverall gave me an opportunity to have my own Franchised Cleaning Business. As a business owner, I do most of the cleaning myself. My goal is to exceed my clients satisfaction. I have 8 very satisfied clients so far, and I'm only 2 yrs. in the business.
Keep in mind that this is a franchised business, all franchise owners are trained according to Coverall Standards, but not all franchise owners are the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a couple of unsatisfactory experiences we switched to Coverall and found their services one of the best in town. We have been a coverall customer for 2 years now. No complaints at all. Their cleaners are very professional and do a great job plus their corporate office always go above and beyond to fulfill our needs. I highly recommend this company.

At another we had ongoing issues continually and Coverall changed providers for this location and I can't be happier with the service there now, especially for the great price point. Also I have received good customer service from Coverall staff themselves.

Not only has the job been done extremely well, the system they put in place keeps us up to date on changing situations as well as keeps open lines of communication with them even though they are not here doing office hours. Highly recommend.
