★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the ladies that picks up the phone there seems really stressed and overwhelmed, every time I have called in with questions I could only ask her, she has been rude to me and kicked me off the phone as fast as she could, claiming to be “to busy to deal with me” — if you are picking the phone up then it is a part of your job, if it is a part of your job you should aim to do it well. Hope that someone helps make your day less hectic and you can enjoy the sunshine when it’s out. We all deserve a little sunshine.
