P	Paul Sture on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome park by the water. The new amenities are great. There are lots of covered areas to stay dry in the rain. The new kids playground makes me upset that I am not a kid anymore. It looks like a lot of fun.

P	Phillip Tanner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a public bathroom here! Just on the side of the cafe, you'll see a ramp going up the side of the building to a door. Also a good spot to come down for walking the boardwalk and if you're lucky you'll get to see a plane or helicopter take off or land. They have a ramp for float planes, but that's an even rarer sight. There's also a small marina, but I believe it's not open to just rolling up, definitely enquire ahead and it's probably full up.
M	Mohit Atwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to enjoy serene, picturesque and pleasant walk when in Courtenay. It runs parallel to the river and have some amazing views. You can also view small aircrafts landing or taking off along the path.

It is very popular with walkers and bird watchers / photographers. Part of the riverwalk goes around the Courtenay airpark's runway. Washrooms and parking available.
