★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are terribly difficult to get in touch with. Only means of communication is by telephone and they never answer, let alone, respond to numerous, detailed voicemail. Needed to contact a private lawyer to get on them to respond to my family. When they do respond it's not helpful. Processes would be much quicker if they increased and improved their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service EVER - we were not aware the court house closed at 11 then open at 2 - we went in and they allowed us in - the guy was so rude and kept saying well the window closes at 11 ( no word of a lie like 10 times instead of trying to help us get the appropriate paperwork so we could come back at 2 prepared) and he was sighing and grunting whenever we would ask a question - un-freakin-believable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not to happy with the service's couldn't get a court date I could attend basically forced to talk through a third party it was like talking to an evil person he just refused to give me a date I could attend and now it's my fault fail to appear and or breach of bail when I said outright I couldn't drive 300 kms and needed another date near when I got paid that was just the tips of the iceberg it gets worse .I was assaulted and told never come back by an officer near legal aid office and kicked out by the stairs . Guess I was out of line trying to get a constitutional agreement or an actual date I could attend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't even deserve a star. As if this kinda of stuff isn't already hard enough. Had a horrible experience with the people handling court orders. They were not very helpful, very rude and made me feel stupid and very uncomfortable. Was not an enjoyable experience at all. Only one person was nice and helpful. Apparently I'm not the first person to have this kind of experience. Something should be done about this horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prefer the North Bay court house, the cheerful esquires and always fair justices much better than Canada's Wonderland. We can do better than a 2 star review. Let me give one undeserved, only because I'm a friend of the court who will make positive change in time towards a culture of equal and shared parenting. We are a long ways off, but positivity, change and cooperation goes a long way at changing hearts and minds that fathers and especially self reps are not the problem.
