For 3 hrs.: Of course ; this is after your agency answering machine, that directs you to other people's answering machines.
Usually there is at least a number ("or wait to be directed to") to reach reception along with directory extensions; BUT NO. Not in Wyoming.To me, that means YOU assume all callers must be trying to call their worker (maybe a wrong assumption).
My call 3weeks ago was not the case ,and I was told to call you. No problem speaking to reception or being transferred to a person 3 weeks ago. BUT
If someone is expecting an email because you said you'd send them one within 2or 3 days......follow through, and send it. If you can't find the info
that was inquired about ,then at least call or email the person and let them know. That would be understandable, and it would show that you at least tried. Too much shrugging off. 3wks.later, and nothing but an administration answering machine to leave another message on someone else's answering machine 3hrs. later. You were open .
It's nice to speak to a real live
voice when someone first calls.
What I inquired about was very important to me, and I expected an email of some sort, because I was told I would be sent one. instead of just being in limbo 3 weeks later. Maddening.
