I KNOW AN ELDERLY COUPLE THAT GOT TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS IN THE WORST WAY. •THE COUPLE BARELY HAVE HOT WATER •THEIR HOUSE WAS UNECCESARILY RIPPED APART TO INSTALL AN OVERLY EXCESSISVE AMOUNT OF DUCTWORK TO THE POINT WHERE THE ROOFS OF THE ROOMS ARE SLANTED BECAUSE OF BULKHEAD AND NOW BEDROOM DOORS WONT CLOSE. PIPES WERE RUN THROUGH UNESSESSARY PLACES AND LARGER THAN NESSESSARY HOLES TO RUN THEM THROUGH. I MYSELF (WITH FRIENDS) RECENTLY SAW THE GAPS TO THE OUTSIDE STILL THERE - LEFT BY THESE PEOPLE. •NO HUMIDIFIER •NOBODY CAME BACK OR IS COMING TO MONITOR THE CLOSED LOOP IN THE POND •INITIALLY A SERVICE TECH FROM COUNTRY HEARTH AND CHIMNEY WAS CALLED TO CHECK THEIR FURNACE BUT INSTEAD THE TECH BROKE IT AND LEFT WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY, WITHOUT ANY PLAN TO FIX WHAT HE BROKE AND WITHOUT TAKING ANY OWNERSHIP AT ALL. •NO DIGITAL MONITORING SYSTEM •THERMOSTAT DOES NOT WORK AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON THE WORST THING ABOUT THIS IS AFTER THEY GOT THEIR HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY FROM THIS ELDERLY COUPLE THE SHEER RUDENESS, LACK OF COMPASSION AND EMPATHY FOR THEM WAS/IS ASTONISHING. COUNTRY HEARTH AND CHIMNEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SITUATION OR WHAT THEY DO TO YOU. BUYER BEWARE!!! The only reason I gave one star is because it’s needed to be able to write this review.

I called for a service call on a propane stove that we purchased from them and was told that I would have to wait a month since their staff were working for another company. This business is set to close their doors and totally on their way out.

J	JA Clark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Country Hearth team installed both our geothermal system and our woodburning fireplace insert, and they were friendly and efficient at both. Reg, the owner, even came to the rescue a couple of times during the oil-furnace-to-geo transition, and the staff found a way to adapt the insert to meet the current building code while maintaining the existing fireplace design. We are very happy with both results!

The guys were knew all about my furnace and were able to install the part needed to fix it very quickly. I recommended them to a friend who needed a new furnace and fireplace installed and they did an amazing job for them too. They even do renovations and are very knowledgeable.
