★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was trying to upgrade my laminate kitchen counter top to quartz or granite. After reading several reviews, I contacted Counter top Factory to install my kitchen counter top. Right from beginning to end, they are highly professional and accurate. Patricia and Cathy from front office are very efficient coordinators. The Mario and his asst. technician were professionals, punctual and accurate in their timings as well as very cooperative. My quartz counter top, backslash and dining counter looks fabulous now. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to install their kitchen counter top.

Everything was done on time and as quoted. We only planned on changing the counters in our kitchen but Nectar and team made things so easy we're now doing the bathroom! What a difference quality makes. I would highly recommend Countertop factory to anyone who is looking for top quality products with excellent customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nectar & team did a good job creating both quartz without seems, really appreciate the effort and the seamless outcome of the countertops, they are beautiful and make my old kitchen alive again. Mario and Steve did an amazing job installing the countertops, they were diligent and professional and gave me great tips on some issues I currently have with my kitchen. Nectar has been transparent with the entire process from day one and not to mention coming to rescue the team at the last minute because my stairway is too narrow to transport the countertops! Last but not least, conversing with Patricia has been the best part! She is so helpful, easy to talk to, and follows up on all my requests! Thank you, I will sure to call on your team again for future projects!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend the countertop factory. Nectar was extremely helpful, My goal was to find a a beautiful quality counter for a reasonable price Nectar helped us make this a reality. The installation was great very professional, you can hardly see the seam unbelievable! They protected the floor, cleaned up after the job and made sure we were happy and satisfied before leaving.
Patricia in the office was also lovely and helpful to deal with. If you are looking for a great quality product with fantastic customer service and a good price look no further!

The communication was great through put the whole process and the final job was just impeccable! We did a dry wall cut down in addition to the countertop replacement and the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout every step which I really appreciate. Countertop factory really transformed my space and I would 100% recommend them to everyone!
