★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service très lent de nuit!! Le commis n’avais pas de masque et était avec son ami sans masque aussi.. On a dû attendre qu’ils finissent de parler pour pouvoir payer..
 Very slow night service !! The clerk didn't have a mask and was with his friend without a mask too .. We had to wait for them to finish talking to be able to pay.

Nous laisse poireauter dehors longtemps malgré qu'on sonne non-stop la sonnette, arrive au comptoir avec une face de gars qui vient de se réveiller sans sourire sans bonjour et sans aurevoir ! Et ce jour après jour! Mettez ça au backstoore ds la pile à retourner !
Seriously the bearded man at night deserves a big zero for his attitude towards customers! Let us hang around outside for a long time despite the non-stop ringing of the doorbell, arrive at the counter with the face of a guy who has just woken up without smiling without hello and goodbye! And this day after day! Put that in the backstoore in the pile to be turned over!

Cette personne a pris le temps de m'aider dans mes démarches pour tenter de retrouver le portefeuille que j'avais perdu à ma dernière visite. Mes informations n' étaient pas les plus claires mais elle s'est quand même mise à enquêter. Elle semblait avoir le sourire même si un inconnu venait de lui rajouter une tâche dans sa journée. Au bout de 20 minutes à parcourir les évidences, elle me confirme qu' heureusement personne n'est entré dans ma voiture mais que j'ai bel et bien laisser mon portefeuille sur le toît de mon véhicule lors de mon départ. Merci beaucoup, je suis maintenant rassuré. C'est pas tout le monde qui aurait accepté ce que j'ai demandeé aujourd'hui. Service à la clientèle 5 étoiles pour Sabrina ?
I just spoke on the phone with Sabrina (assistant manager I think). This person took the time to help me in my efforts to try to find the wallet that I had lost on my last visit. My information was not the clearest, but she still started to investigate. She seemed to be smiling even if a stranger had just added a task to her day. After 20 minutes of going through the obvious, she confirmed to me that luckily no one entered my car but that I did leave my wallet on the roof of my vehicle when I left. Thank you very much, I am now reassured. Not everyone would have accepted what I asked for today. 5 star customer service for Sabrina ?
