We needed insurance on our new office lease sooner than later and Karen got it done in no time at all. She was unbelievable. Very personable as well. I am still waiting on quotes from three other places who couldn't be bothered to get back to me. Karen answered the phone right away and put my mind at ease and followed through with exactly what she said she would do in less than 24 hours. I have now asked to bring all my other insurances such as vehicles and house etc. over to her as well. I wish I had found her years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say about my insurance guy, Nivi Uppal? A LOT
Let me begin with the fact that he is very knowledgeable in all things insurance. Not only does he ensure
that we have the proper home, auto and business insurance, but he makes sure that we are getting the
BEST rate possible with the BEST coverage possible, even if this means going with a different
broker/company. Wait…what? Yes, I said that. Nivi wants what is best for his clients, no matter what.
Not only does this show that Nivi is committed to what he does, but it shows he is truly a good human
being who wants to help others. Helping his clients means giving the proper advice and steering clients
in the direction best suited for them, not himself. Now that is superior customer service and I’m so
happy to have Nivi looking out for our insurance needs.
I cannot stress enough, if you haven’t had your policies reviewed by Nivi, you need to do it. You’ll thank
your future self :)

I have struggled like everyone else with constant rate increases and bad service with my previous insurance providers. I was referred to Nivi and I haven’t looked back since. He’s personable, efficient with return of phone calls and emails and the most important facet of it all, he understands what you need.
