I bought a set of rollers for my sliding glass door two years ago. Turns out there was a slight defect and the door was bumping a bit. Replaced the rollers themselves and wouldn't accept payment. Excellent company.

However, I cannot emphasize enough how rude, dismissive and unprofessional the entire team was during our entire interaction (quote to completion). Their tone was always implying that they were doing me a favour by taking on this work. From the receptionist to the person who did the work they would hang up the phone mid conversation and speak as if I was calling to bother them . After all that, they also mixed up the scheduled appointment and almost showed up unannounced at a random time when no one would have been there to let them in. Good thing I called to double check beforehand. In short, I will never again put myself through the unnecessarily unpleasant experience of dealing with this company.

Will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects or jobs.
