★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has impressive customer service. The girls who work here get along with one another like a little family and they work together to bring efficiency and satisfaction to their customers. I have been shopping here for 10 years, and though each cosmoprof I have been to in calgary has certainly been above average in customer service across the board, this one is the best! If every retail store had staff that worked together this efficiently I'm sure sales would improve significantly. I also appreciate CosmoProfs satisfaction guaranteed policy - this is the main company I purchase from for all my Hairstyling business needs from colour to product to tools. I speak of them well to fellow industry personnel and encourage them to do their primary business here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience i have had in a long while. I wasnt greeted or ever spoken to until at the till. Girls started talking about personal stuff and then finally acknowledged my presence. I am a salon owner and wanted to register as a customer . Was told very rudely I didn't have the correct documentation. Extremely offhand and didn't offer any solution just shrugged shoulders . Prices for esthetics much higher than other suppliers DONT shop there
