The place is spotless! Staff of all ages very meticulous, friendly, professional. We have a membership and we're impressed every time we go. Left my French fry container unnatended for 1 minute and it was snatched up and disposed of :p

Great place for kids. There are a number of things there to keep kids occupied and help them to burn off access energy. I agree with the comments that it would be great if the place offered a bit of a healthier menu but it seems like this is something that has been noted and is being addressed as they iffer cauliflower crusts for their personal pizzas as well as humus, pita and veggie platter as an option for a kids meals.

My Kids (5 and 1) had a great time. It's not very expensive, the arcade games and the playground for big kids are great for my 5 years old daughter, the area for 2 years and younger is perfect and the pizza is tasty. Definitely coming back.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was overcrowded. Lots of big kids in the toddlers area. I saw 2 big kids climbing the playhouse in the babies area. Super dangerous for the little ones. No parents to be found, no staff to be seen. Found 2 masks lying on the floor. The place is big. If you wanna go, avoid weekends at all costs.

The playground appears to be very fun for the kids. Lots of options for them to run around. There's also a quiet area for parents. The place is always so clean each time Ive been. They follow covid protocols and don't miss a beat. Very Recommended

As an adult I can't really speak for the structures-- they seem clean enough and the kids like it enough, but the prices for food are near criminal. $14 for grilled cheese and fries with two Cokes. Sizes aren't great either, but I will say the food is shockingly delicious. I really hope I find hummus as good as theirs so I don't have to bleed my wallet. Just stay away from the 2.30 nutrigrain bar it's really not worth a second read on the menu. Other than that the games are cheap which is a plus is your kiddos like the big flashy arcade games, and the prizes are pretty decent. One thing though is that they do broadcast announcements from time to time with an alarm, and no you won't understand a word of it.

We come to Cosmic Adventures every time we visit Ottawa! The children LOVE it here. The structure is strong enough for us as adults to play on. (My spouse averages 200lbs muscle/dad bod) and he still powers through that playground with the kids ! There are many levels, many textures, many activites and many different areas for safe play for younger children. Toddler areas, party areas, and another upper level for young children 0-2 above the food/arcade area. There are bundles for food combos. There is one which includes two $10 arcade cards (which gives you $11.00 on each card. I asked for one card with the total balance of $22.00), a large pizza, and four drinks for $45 (we got this). The pizza was a little under cooked, so ask for a bit of extra time if you don't want it soft in the center. The arcade averages about $0.80-$1.00 per game unless you hold a membership where it's cheaper "kids club". The games are fun to pass the time though. (Don't come here just for the arcade)

It's definitely the best equipped indoor playground I've ever been to. The play structure was extensive and good for all ages as long as you can keep older kids from jumping ontop of the little ones. There were a few carnival style rides and an arcade area. The area dedicated for 4 and under wasn't great. Very small so we opted for the main play structure but I could see it being good for really little kids like one year olds. There is also a cafeteria where you can purchase food. All that said, I can't get over the price. I believe it was $25 per kid (3+) and another $10 per adult. You then have to spend even more money in the arcade zone. With young kids (under 4) you're not going to spend more than an hour to hour and half so that's alot of money to spend for such a short period of time. We had three kids over three, a baby and four adults. We also spent some money for the arcade zone. So we spent well over $120 for a 90 minute activity. It might be more worth it for older kids. Probably won't go back until my kids are older.
