★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made an appointment to get tires changed on the 22 of December at 11am, returned at 12:30 to find my car was damaged. Now have to go to ICBC clam office to assess the damaged to the front fender. Thanks a lot OK TIRE.
I will never bring my car to OK TIRE again.
Now I have to take time off work to get it fixed, VARY DISAPPOINTING. Thanks for wasting my time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my oil changed at another shop,They discovered 2 missing bolts on the splash pan and an over torqued drain plug,I asked there owner if a torque wrench had been used,his reply was no( odd Toyota seems to think a torque wrench is required).Some time ago I took my truck in for an oil change and rotate the tire,s.The truck has a lock nut on all the wheels and a wrench was required to remove the tires,it was was gone missing,I had to break the lock nuts and replace them at my expense,the bag for the wrench was in the glove box in a bag.The manger seemed to blow it off , saying I must have misplaced it.There was never a need for me to use it,The correct action should have been to replace the wrench and nuts at there cost not mine,The tires for this truck are costly,the lock nuts are security.The owner A RESPONDED WITH i WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU A FREE OIL CHANGE. Im glad I went to a lube shop and discovered just how bad there work has been done.I honestly cannot see using OK Tire again.It seems there is no standard in this location,in Airdrie.
