★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have horrible service; and the sales guy takes advice of customers without explaining contracts, he tells people to look over it and sign. Not to mention after you sign the contract then he tells you about the $500 down payment. I wouldn’t recommend at all buying from Cornwall, I would look out of town.
Admin fees in the Contract stats it’s only $50 and they charge you $395.
