★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have used this Clinic several times for different issues and we have always had excellent care. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and mindful of our well-being. Service is on time and to the point. Nevertheless, the recommended follow up exercises are a must to obtain full recovery and relief from pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lower back issues and was recently referred for physio. Cornwall Physiotherapy was able to get me in very quickly. My therapist was Amanda. She was very helpful, quickly figuring out what kind if patient I am (I like to know what we're, why we're doing it, what I can do to help myself, and to have help figuring out *just* how to do those things to the best of my abilities) and giving me exactly what I needed. Her energy and optimism were greatly appreciated at a time when I'm working hard to keep a positive outlook!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time getting any type of physiotherapy done, I came in because I have tennis elbow due too repetitive motion to my job. The assessment was fairly easy Zachary understood and listened and helped me what I can do to ease the pain.
I started off getting acupuncture and doing some exercises along with stretches and within a few weeks I noticed less pain in my elbow.
Unfortunately there was only one employee that could do acupuncture, and she had her little one so there was no acupuncture available until further notice, and that I found kind of sucked because I found the acupuncture really helped ease the pain.
I'm looking forward to getting more acupuncture in the future. Also, Zachary managed to get me more treatment through wsib which is fantastic it showed me that he actually cares about his patients and he wants too see everyone heal. In overall the staff is fantastic it's a warm welcome and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for Physiotherapy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cornwall Physiotherapy was a very positive experience during my rehab for plantar fasciitis. The staff are very personable and encouraging, as well as very professional. Dealing with them made me feel better both physically and psychologically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to Cornwall Physiotherapy for two separate injuries. I am very pleased with the whole organization. From the counter women making sure my appointments are set up in advance to the therapist in the back. I don't remember the young lady that worked on my shoulder the last time but she was fantastic. Zachary has been my therapist this time Nd he always works with me as what me knee can tolerate. I had a MVA Oct 19, 2020 and have a very angry inflamed MCL. Zachary understands the injury and has not once said anything about my weight or age. I works at my pace so as not to cause more pain. I very much appreciate the whole group for their caring approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The physiotherapist that I had physio with was very careful and gentle while helping me to regain movement with my shoulder. I was given detailed information for exercises at home after the therapist explained and had me do them to ensure I was comfortable doing them. I have gained a lot of movement back since going there for my post surgery recovery.
I felt very safe there as they adhered to the covid distancing and safe rules.
The people in the front office were friendly and helpful.
