★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally the seed of sweet things to come!
Got a tip from a local to pop into this little gem that just opened their storefront/tasting room and couldn't be happier. Awesome little storefront tasting 2 of their 3 ciders, and a great conversation about the process and notes that made me want to try what wasn't on tap. The woman (who's name I didn't get) was really helpful in talking about company, and what it is that sets them apart.
They've got some growing to do, and we're excited to see where they're at the next time we visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just tried your "Positive Currant" and cider and I have to say, it is one of the best ciders I have tried in a long time. The currants add a very subtle bitter-sweet "pop" to the crisp bite of the apples. In addition, it has a splendid dry finish. Personally, I can't stand cloying, sweet ciders. So I very much appreciate the dry finish that this cider has, which perfectly compliments its flavor profile. Great job! I'll be enjoying this alot.
