As an avid runner occasionally getting hip flexor issues and tightness in my TFL muscle, a friend from my wife's work recomended I see Kris for a few sessions of ART before last years Army run, I was blown away with how much of a difference a few sessions made.
This year after having tightness in my glutes, hips, and calf durring training for the Ottawa marathon and literally leaving it unattended until the very last minute (emailed Kris on the Friday, marathon was on Sunday) Kris fit me in for a last minute session and once again fixed me up and I was able to run the marathon 2 days later!
I highly recommend Kris, he is super friendly, extremely knowledgable and he is the best in the city at what he does. The prices are fantastic, the location is great (I live in barhaven so minutes away)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally I saw Dr Kris many years ago, he helped me get rid of neck pain. This time I have been working with Dr Katie. She is extremely competent. She does not hesitate, she knows the course of action necessary. I felt she would be able to eliminate my pain eventually, and she has. I am at a 2/10 in terms of pain. I have no doubt my pain will be completely eliminated soon.
Physiotherapy however did nothing to help me, I made about 6 visits and no change. It was a real waste of time and money.
I am thrilled with the professional service I am receiving at Core Chiropractic.

I have struggled with back pain for a while and have seen many specialists and doctors that made me believe I would never get better. Kris helped change that mindset and now I am more motivated than ever to get back into shape!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met for a consultation with angelo a physiotherapist who works out of this office but is paid by the ministry of health to assess patients with lower back pain. I came out of that office wondering why I was referred to this program called the rapid access clinic (isaec). What a waste of taxpayers $$. The information that was provided by this condescending individual was common sense info i already knew and i felt i left with nothing except the pain i came in with and a 7$ parking fee that they don't inform you about before your visit. I am so frustrated with medical system! Another Useless government program
