Have used Corbiell for many years for all of our Calgary Properties and they never disappoint. Very capable, honest and reliable service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them

Unfortunate experience with this company. We were charged for two hours of work for a matter that took 10 minutes on site (plus 10 minute wait time and a reasonable driving time, if you wish). A portion of the invoice was charged for an alleged 40 minutes drive for a last minute cancellation that to my knowledge never happened. The charge was based solely on the electrician's statement and no supporting documents were provided to prove this claim. No cancelled calls were shown on the invoice and the claim was raised by Mr. Corbiell only after I disputed the amount invoiced. On the same occasion, Mr. Corbiell claimed there was a report that included pictures that took time to compile. He said that this time was included in the two hour charge. When on site, I asked the electrician to send me any documents he may produce with regards to his visit. After multiple requests that Mr. Corbiell forwards this report, it was eventually forwarded to me by Nathalie Skyrie and this was the content: "FYI WO #894864" was completed. The tenants lights are solar lights and require a new battery. Thank you." and attached three pictures. The cost of this advice was $157.50. When I asked to reassess the invoice via email and follow up phone calls, Mr. Corbiell contacted Nathalie Skyrie of Her Management, the condo management company who placed the call on our behalf (and was involved in other mismanaged aspects of this event). It was only after my follow up that I found out that Mr. Corbiell never intended to get back to me as he was advised by the Her Management "to let it be" and that the invoice was paid on my behalf by them. My subsequent request that Mr. Corbiell issues a credit to Her Management, was refused - again, I was only advised of this after an email follow up. He indicated that he talked to the condo management company who also thought the invoice is fair and therefore, he will not be changing it. Overall, I am disappointed as I invested an enormous amount of time on this matter and tried to resolve it amicably and fairly, without success. I also did not appreciate the fact that Mr. Corbiell contacted the condo management company with any responses to my questions despite the fact that I advised I was the owner of the property. Ironically, this repair call did not result in our patio lights being repaired (we were advised to change batteries:) ).

While driving today, one of their vehicles honked at a 14 year old learning how to drive as they stopped cautiously before turning across traffic. It added, at most, 15 seconds to your drive - but completely soured our opinion of this company. If you cannot handle minor inconveniences, why on earth would anyone want to work with your business?
