★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I desperately needed extensive dental work done since my teeth issues were getting worse and became very concerning. Since this was my first dental service in Canada, I was bit concerned about the charges too as I do not have insurance. I received few recommendations on Facebook where many advised to visit Dr. Neetu Bawa and hence I set up the appointment with her. There are no words to describe how wonderful my experience was with her at Coral Dentistry. She is very caring and calm and explains exactly what she is doing. All staff are very efficient and friendly from the reception staff who put you at ease as soon as you walk in to the clinic. My gratitude for Dr. Neetu and her staff goes beyond the stars. Their charges are very reasonable too. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Neetu Bawa is an amazing dentist and the wellbeing of her patients is her utmost priority. I fall into high-risk category for COVID, and knowing this, Dr. Bawa ensured I get a safe treatment - over and above the normal norms followed during the pandemic. She ensured I would be the first patient for the day thereby minimizing my exposure. When I started feeling unwell after taking the local anesthesia (solely owing to my current health status - and I took the advice of multiple docs all of whom mentioned it was safe) - she did everything she could to make me feel normal. She herself removed my shoes and started rubbing my feet to make me feel better and there was always someone who would be in the room to keep an eye on me. She proceeded with the treatment only after I felt completely normal and gave her my consent. She also made sure I dont drive back home till I felt completely okay and called me within minutes of me getting back home to check upon me. I also received a call later in the evening from her personally as she wanted to ensure I was doing fine. I was really impressed by her work ethic and was moved by how much she cared for her patients. She also performed treatment that was absolutely necessary and said it was okay to wait for the other treatment. She is a dentist who doesn't perform procedures just to earn more money but only if you genuinely need them. I definitely recommend going to Dr. Bawa for any dental treatments.

She will take extra care while dealing with your dental issues and will patiently answer all questions. She is now my family dentist. Thank you Dr. Neetu and team. Keep up the good work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited last year. Doctors are great but I think they lacked communication. This year, tried to give another chance but they cancelled my appointment last minute when I was ready to go. Something that I booked 3 weeks in advance. However, I booked it again and 2 weeks later, 1 day before the appointment I got the call to reschedule to early hour. Which I denied as I had some other appointment. They called me again next day and being accommodating, I cancelled my other appointment to visit them as per their preferred hour. 5 mins later, they call me again and changed the timing. So basically, I screwed my other appointment just for them, however they don’t care about customer’s timing. They are more concerned about their own hours. They need to understand that, at the end of the day, this is a business. Sometimes it’s busy and sometimes quiet. You can’t have the customer when you want. This is definitely not customer service. Even though the doctors might be good but management is terrible. Sorry, but won’t recommend anyone when you can get better follow ups and service from somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great experience! I joined the dentist as a patient last year. Staff is always friendly, professional, and equipped with modern technology. Dr. Neetu Bawa is extremely knowledgeable, explains why she does certain recommendations and very friendly. I had dental emergency & they accommodate me in Mississauga location for emergencies even thought it was last minute call for Brampton. I also want thanks to the front desk too Ms. Dipti and other staff too. All in all, but all dentists knowledgeable and trustworthy! They only tell you what you need, they have your best interest first! Great place, I highly recommend coral dentistry.!!!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was my first time getting a tooth extracted they made the whole process pretty smooth. Would highly recommend Coral Dentistry!!!
