★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a mistake on my take out order which I noticed only onced I was home.
So I call to make sur I wasn't charged for the coffee or if they can reimburse me since I used a credit card. The employee told me I never ordered a coffee, refused to tell me his name or let me talk to the manager and the put me on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up.
I've never seen such a lack of respect for a client. The name of the server , based off my exchange and my bill, is Gabriel. Hope you won't get served by him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the the 5 layer skillet and it was amazing. I took it with the poutine which was delicious with the "sauce hollandaise". The portion was very big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maitre D' was busy playing on her phone and ignoring customers!
Place is in a state of renovations that don't seem to be executed by qualified and knowledgeable workers.
Service was slow because of the Maitre D' and lack of staff.
Food was ok but not on par with other restaurants of the same franchise.

Waitress Isabelle, well she was busy finishing up her section and in my option already had one foot out the door or just possibly tired, just ok in friendliness and welcoming (-1 Star)
I have my order Jonathan (simple eggs with bacon with french crepe with chocolate with bananas): The reason I mentioned this is because one part of the breakfast is hot and the other part is cold. Naturally I asked for the crepe aside. Almost like the (Isabelle) server was too busy cleaning up to go home, while taking my order lol.
It arrived and not as requested, she almost seemed surprised I would ask for another plate so I can separate the hot and cold portions, but she also just remembered I specifically requested it?! (-1 Star)
The food was very good and she did comp my english cream for my french crepe (+1 star)
This would have been 4/5 Stars but the men’s washroom was filthy (-1 star) especially during the time of the never ending Covid-19. Ya not hygienic at all.
So overall it will end with 3/5 Stars as explained. Needs improvements, learn from the front Hostess and the last server/assistant to refill my coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed by this restaurant. The pancakes were completely burnt, the bacon dry and the crêpes and pancakes cold. I used to love Cora Déjeûners but it has become more and more disappointing through the years. I do give it a 3 star as the Kirkland restaurant is better than the others I've tried in Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the restaurant was pretty quiet for a Tuesday brunch, the service and the food were well above expectations. Both of us ordered bacon and eggs. One scrambled and one sunny-side up. Cooked to perfection. Just like the bacon. Being rather picky about the crispness of my bacon, I was pleasantly surprised. It was cooked perfectly with the right amount of crunch. The toast was not over toasted and lightly butter. We cannot forget the endless coffee refills.
In my opinion, this is one of the best run and best surprises of the franchise. Good job.
