I would like to post a public thank you to Debbie and the crew. After a serious motorcycle accident, Debbie and the girls at the office treated my family and I with kindness and respect. This company does not even deserve a star. This company is very unprofessional especially the arrogant female receptionist from the office. She surely did a great job in putting a negative impression on this company. We made an appointment with them to pick up our belongings in the vehicle right on time. When we arrived to the location, there was nobody to help us so my sister called the office. The receptionist told her to wait 15-20 minutes as the tow guy had to complete a police report. We understood and waited till 40 minutes but nobody came. My sister phoned the office again and the receptionist told her that they don't know when the tow guy will be at the tow yard. There was no single word of an apology during the entire conversation with her and she basically told us to 'wait or leave' after almost 1 hour of waiting. She said in a I-don't-care manner that "we are very busy right now and if you can't wait, just leave and come back some other time". Then I phoned back to ask approx. when we would be able to pick up our belongings then she went very snappy. She truly knows very well how to make a person frustrated and worsen the situation. We did not mind that much waiting for the tow guy due to the unexpected police report as things can happen but it was her arrogant and bossy attitude from the start till the end that made us very frustrated. To that female receptionist, we know that towing companies are very busy especially during rainy days so you do not have to tell me multiple times that you are busy. And please do not lie saying you did say sorry and you never yelled. You never said sorry once but hung up the call repeatedly because you were also getting frustrated when my family was waiting more than 1 hour outside in the rain. If you actually showed a bit of empathy, the situation would've been whole a lot better. Even a robot would be more empathetic than you and be better at defusing the situation. Also, the tow guy's attitude was not much different from the receptionist either. I would give -100 negative stars if I could.

I can definitely say I've had my not so happy moments with this company but they definitely have come through on doing everything they could to make the situation right and for that I applaud them

This company was a dream to deal with and made a really stressful process much easier. From the tow truck driver who took me to a skytrain station after he dropped my car at their lot to the friendly people answering the phones, I genuinely can't say enough good things. I probably won't need a lot of tows in the Coquitlam area in the future, but I know who I'll be calling if I do.

If there was a negative star, I would give it -99 stars. I Called them at 5:40p as I locked my car key in my car tonight (xmas eve) the lady said she'll have someone over in half an hour. An hour has passed I decided to call and see what's the hold up. The lady then said "The RCMP just called and there's 5 cars with flat tire and I had to send all my guys there". Would've been okay if she called me to give me a heads up not an hour later. We have no where to go and warm up as Starbucks and Save on Foods close at 7pm. I asked if there's any other number I can call and she gave me a phone number, I called it and it was the wrong number. I called the lady at Coquitlam Towing again just to see if she made a mistake, her answer was " well that's the only number I have you have to look it up yourself" and just hung up. It's Christmas eve I get it, might be annoying if there's a lot of calls asking for help. But if you're in the customer service field and this is how you conduct business, you should quit and go work somewhere else that you don't have to deal with people. Don't call this company ever. I used ABAWN towing. Prompt and nice guy, I forgot to get his name.

I would give them NEGATIVE 100 stars if i can. My cash has been stole when I got there and to took my belongings. My car has been towed to this tow yard because the collision. I was rushed so I only brought my wallet, a clear pocket with 300 dollars cash was left in my car. When I get there and took my belongings, I realized they took my cash, but fortunately, they left 25 dollars to let me call a taxi. They just told me to call the manager and the manager would look up the camera and talk to the driver. But right now they still not call me back. Let’s see what will happen in the future.

I booked a tow for a short distance to the auto shop and the tow truck driver was very friendly and positive. It was pouring rain that day, and they were a little later than expected due to some accidents before my appointment, but that was understandable. Overall, great service and will use them again.
