★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my lost cockatiel by this shelter, my bird flew 32 km from surrey and caught by one of their officers. So thankful I’ve got my bird after 21 days from missing him.
Thank you animal shelter and huge thanks to the officer that was the reason of rescuing my baby❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This wonderful organization with amazing staff helped when I called and when I was upset about seeing deceased wildlife they promptly called animal control and came to remove the animal and humanely take it away. I have a heart for all animals and I can say without a doubt this organization cares very much about the animals. It was a sad thing but I was so glad this organization helped me when nobody else did . I was determined to figure out who would come and help. I cannot drive by seeing something like this and just be okay with it. Thank- You!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love to board our dog here, as it's the only place that will take in a dog like ours! We trust in staff's ability to handle and understand reactive dogs. There is a separate in/out door for each kennel, so that the dogs don't have to see each other or cross paths. The dogs also have access to a large play yard with tall chain fencing! Thank you for the individualized care you provide to our little big bundle of energy. We would be hooped without this service.

The Coquitlam Animal Shelter has many animals up for adoption. From small animals to dogs.
The cats there are amazingly sweet and affectionate. There's the cat with the "sad face" that peers sadly at you through the window everytime you leave, and when you go back in, he's the most affectionate. Please consider adopting him!
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Amazing place, with gentle animals. Do consider adopting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here because my girlfriend wanted a cat but the cats they had at the time where only available for fostering and she wanted to adopt so we never left with a cat but it was a good experience. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable.
