★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We set up a VOIP phone system with them 6 months ago. Based on reviews and speaking with others, their service was supposed to be great. We have experienced otherwise. Getting responses from Coppertree have been disappointing. It's taken a long time to get the answers we need. Many times its been no response. We have often had to go to the original manufacturer to get the help we need. Very disappointed in their service.
