★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 4 month total renovation of the kitchen and 2 bathrooms was a very positive experience. Michael Williams was our Project Manager and he guided us through the process. He drew up detailed plans, brought in an interior designer to help with colours and product choices, made quick last minute revisions when we suddenly decided to make a major change in the ensuite. He was a good listener, very attentive, had an eye for detail, kept us "in the loop" with almost daily updates (even while on holidays!), was quick to alert us to trades schedules, changes and options via text, email and phone. He addressed concerns promptly and fairly. Quality products were always used. All trades were professional, helpful and obviously committed to doing quality workmanship. In conversation several of them volunteered that they were very happy working with Michael and Coordinated....a team. We highly recommend Michael and Coordinated Kitchen and Bath. We would hire them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coordinated Kitchen and Bath turned our cramped kitchen into a fully-functional professional-quality joy to work in!
During the design stage, they provided very helpful advice based on their extensive experience. And, during construction, Allan Wray provided superb project management of all of the contractors, and addressed any deficiencies very responsively and professionally.
Also, the workmanship of the contractors (electrical, cabinetry, flooring, painting, plumbing, the works) was consistently superb, and they were always courteous and professional. They also proactively managed clean-up, which is always a pain with big reno projects. And, it was delivered on-budget.
My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the results of our kitchen reno with Coordinated Kitchen and Bath. If you're looking for a kitchen or bathroom reno contractor, we would highly recommend Allan and his team. They are the real deal.

Michael Williams was our PM and he is responsive, professional and well-connected to get good deals on materials. All tradespeople that came into our home were friendly, highly-skilled and reliable. Michael provided us access to a shared calendar so we could see who and when tasks were getting completed. We can't say enough good things about them, Highly recommend!

From start to finish they have been approachable, professional, dependable, and always fully invested and available to brainstorm and troubleshoot along the way. They never gave us the feeling that our project was too small, they worked within our budget to explore what options were available, they were always open to questions and were completely open and understanding to last minute changes.
Nicole was very helpful in putting together a kitchen that suits us really well, getting a good feeling for both our taste and what would look good in the space, and she has a really good understanding of colour that was very helpful to us. Mike has been an incredible shepherd of this project; guiding us from start to finish and keeping everything running smoothly and on time; he's kind of a force of nature, and totally approachable and pleasant throughout the entire project. And every single tradesperson who took on a part of the project was highly skilled, lovely to deal with, and completely respectful of our space.
We love our finished kitchen; we'd recommend Coordinated Kitchens to anyone in a heartbeat; and we'll be knocking on their doors for more help down the road when we get around to renovating our bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my project green horn and hired a designer to do my project and source out the cabinets. After 8 weeks of not going anywhere I suggested my designer to look for this company as I heard great things about.
When I went and spoke with Michael and his team, they immediately identified that the designed proposed by my interior designer was wrong and would not match up with my space. Michael came to my house, measured everything and we finalized with a meeting.
I chose Columbia Kitchens as my friend has and they are fabulous. The knowledge Coordinated Kitchen has is amazing. Their employees are all long term and happy to work there from what I gathered. In my opinion that speaks volume about the company.
Due to the VID my kitchen took a little bit and my appliances forever but Michael was patient and on time on his promises. He does not make promises he cannot fulfill thats for sure.
Michael also sourced the company for natural store for me. I chose quartzite from Brazil and I just loved it.
From start to finish I was happy with the work, communication, awesome team and honesty when it was needed. If you are looking for an amazing business to take care of one of the most important spaces in your home, hire them! You will not regret it.
