★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas eu de bonnes expériences avec ce service. Temps d'attente interminable pour cas urgent. Par exemple, 30 minutes pour une personne en proie à une crise cardiaque. Critique les décisions de médecins de faire hospitaliser un patient. Je pourrais en ajouter mais je préfère ne pas.
Aussi, manque de professionnalisme et de courtoisie de certains paramédics. Le système de santé au Québec et principalement en Outaouais est vraiment malade et carrément déficient. Ce "service", en est une autre preuve.
Not had good experiences with this service. Endless waiting time for urgent cases. For example, 30 minutes for a person experiencing a heart attack. Criticizes doctors' decisions to have a patient hospitalized. I could add some but I prefer not to.
Also, lack of professionalism and courtesy of some paramedics. The health system in Quebec and mainly in Outaouais is really sick and downright deficient. This "service" is another proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother of 87 was drop at wrong hospital and left there because the ambulance young serviceman didn't take her seriously she need her cast to be check ...service give st Hull hospital orthopedic but instead leave her at gatineau hospital...he was not a nice person at one point he start arguing with me for no reason...what a bad experience at 7 hr nobody from the hospital give any attention to her I brought her home what a great service 0 on 10 someone should change there profession bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two paramedics that came to my home in Aylmer to check my boyfriend were nice enough, but appeared a bit scattered. Didn’t really know what to do, and seemed a bit lost. Machine for ecg not even working, so they brushed it off and said “well we’re not worried about your heart so it’s fine”. (Even though we communicated he was having on and off of increased of heart rate just before feeling dizzy and throwing up) They left to bring him to the hospital without taking my contact info and left it up to my bf to contact me himself when he could barely keep his own head up from dizziness, fever, disoriented, and pain in his shoulders. Paramedics leave with him and forgot a large travel bag FULL of equipment, oxygen masks and machines in my home. ??♀️
