★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a certified Puraltor drop-off point, yet only have one person working there. Showed up on a Friday during their business hours and they were closed. I called their Kamloops head office and they said the person who works there was sick. I had a medical device delivered there and couldn't get it. This is unacceptable. You need to have someone cover your shifts. You should not be responsible for Puraltor dropoffs if you only have one person on staff. Unacceptable and dangerous.
