It was absolutely divine and my whole family loooved it!!! Not kidding, it was difficult to share because we all wanted seconds and thirds. Thank you for a rare, wonderful treat Janet :)

We have ordered multiple cakes from cookie mama in the past and we are consistently pleased with the presentation and taste! You can definitely tell how much effort and care they put into all their products and its a major plus they offer dairy free and vegan options on top of their already diverse flavour options. We recently ordered two custom cakes last minute and cookie mama was able to execute my vision for both cakes perfectly and in a short time frame! Thank you for being so amazing!

My mom is allergic to chocolate and I was blown away by the selection of tasty options which were available to us, so I bought some for my wife and I as well. Best chocolate cupcake I’ve ever had, and my Newfie wife was in stunned silence as to how good her carrot cupcake was. She said on a scale of 1-10 it was 100! I’ve never heard her rave about something being so perfect. Will definitely be back for more, and more often!!

This place is worth it! I got a variety of 5 different cookies and baked goods for $15!!! Totally worth the price knowing you are putting some good stuff in your system! Absolutely LOVED the Crocodile Rock cookie, that thing melts in your mouth it’s SO good! Plus the space is beautifully decorated and filled with so much love and art! It is worth it to stop by!

I ordered a custom cake for my sons first birthday, we had communicated through email about the design and color of the cake. When I went to pick it up it was not what I asked for at all. I asked for a white cake with red, blue, yellow decorations. I got a teal, purple, yellow, blue cake. I will attach the emails which clearly states what a I want and the owner agreeing to it. The owner was so defensive when I brought up that it was the wrong color. She charged me an extra $45 dollars to pipe on the wrong color border, blamed me for it saying I was not clear in what I asked for and did not offer to fix the problem at all. I had my 1 year old with me so did not want to make a big deal at the store but I’m so disappointed his first birthday cake is not going to match the color theme for his birthday pictures. Reply to owner: Yes what choice does a 1 year old have when you did NOT offer to fix it at the store but instead blame me for your mistake. You did not make it seem like it was no big deal for you to fix it or even offer to fix it when I was there. I felt like I had to take the cake as is, as you were being very rude. Yes, my life is amazing and at the end of the day it’s just icing and I will fix YOUR mistake myself. Your unprofessional reply’s to your negative reviews speak for themselves. Why would all these complete strangers feel the same way about you? Must be them, right?

Since then, this is my go-to place to buy cupcakes as for a treat for myself or a thank you gift to friends and neighbors. The fact that they offer allergy sensitive options makes this such a convenient place to buy from! Cookie Mama produces such amazing quality goods, and their staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. Highly recommend!

They were frosted on the spot too, so they tasted super fresh! We really enjoyed the cake part. Very fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness (we usually find other bakeries' goods to be too sweet). The chocolate buttercream on 2 of the 4 cupcakes was also amazing, perfect consistency and flavour! (the ones in the picture). However, the ones with cream cheese frosting (bohemian rhapsody and smooth operator) tasted a little too much like vinegar. I have not seen any reviews mentioning this so I assume we might have been unlucky on the particular batch of frosting?
