M	Michelle LI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Remer is the best doctor I've ever seen in the past 10 years. I have been seeing him as my family doctor for 4 years. He is kind, knowledgable, talkative, active-listening. He refers you to the right specialists as needed. I strongly recommend him to anyone needs a family doctor. Due to Covid-19, Dr. Remer sees patients over phone calls. That really saves my time. Before covid-19, you may need to wait for a long time to see him. The appointment time did not work on time. This is the one con of this clinic.

They are extremely rude and will push you down the queue if you ask them why other people are given priority. My appointment was at 11, and when I turned up, they told me it was at 11.45. I was then made to wait another hour just to go inside the room. Waiting for doctor took another 50 minutes. I could see people coming in and going straight to the waiting room just bcoz they knew the receptionist. I wasted my full day and ultimately had to take a day off. I don't think it was worth it. To the owners of this place : please please pay attention to what is happening at the reception. Please tell them that patients need an exact appointment so they can come at that time only, why waste other people energy and time?
V	Vancouver City on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and knowledgable doctors who are passionate of their work, could be a bit of a wait (20 minutes) but well worth it. Will continue going there even if waits were longer. .Lots of other clinics in the area, this is the only one that I trust Update - very satisfied with the consultation and medication.
A	Al on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Stepan Vostretsov is a great and experienced professional. Ver calm, and great approach to your concern. The office itself is a typical walk in clinic. Not very friendly staff, outdated office and etc. Takes forever to see doctors but this doctor is excellent.

I didn't give much credit to this walk-in clinic before, but my exp there was very positive. The front desk asked me to came back in 45 minutes for a thorough checkup, which was nothing comparing with I had to wait for more than a week for an appointment with my previous GP, and the doctor Dr. Stepan Vostretsov was very nice and friendly, with professional attitude, I would highly recommend!

He has a great sense of humour, is very attentive to your worries and answers any questions you have. It's always a busy location, because of few doctors and 1 or 2 receptionists, but they try their best.

The receptionists are beyond rude. She told my grandmother that "if she didn't like the clinic she should switch doctors." Booking an appointment is very difficult due to the poor attitude of the receptionist, if a certain date doesn't work then they will reluctantly offer a different date, but not before getting mad that the original date offered didn't work for you. This is an extremely unprofessional way to speak to people. This is very disappointing for a doctor's office to allow their staff speak to patients in this manner. Then turn it around saying the patient booking the appointment has ruined their day.
