Deposits stolen from parents who legally have every right to refuse care after their children are abused. Just because staff and unknowing people say great things it doesn't change the facts or danger of placing your child here.
F	Farin -- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son went here and LOVED it. The staff are absolutely fantastic, and my son thrived under their care. The Society which runs this centre is highly professional, thoroughly vets their staff and only hires the best of the best. We would recommend this place to anyone! There are some negative reviews by people who read a social media post accusing this centre of harm. Internet 'warriors' have taken it upon themselves to post negative reviews based on that post, and these people don't even know about the centre at all. It's a shame, and also a valuable learning opportunity of the damage social media can do to reputable daycares...I personally will think twice about reading those sorts of posts in the future where not all the information/truth is provided.
A	Amanda Collins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My older one went to Cook Road a couple years ago along with many of my friends’ kids. The staff were excellent. They were caring and kind. My child and I have so many fond memories of the staff and the daycare. I hope that you can hear two sides of the story. I can just imagine how deeply wounded the staff and parents are by this tragic event. Please give people the benefit of doubt and try not to judge too quickly.

Reviews left by people who do not have children at this daycare, who saw one Facebook post and formed an opinion based off of that. My child goes here and LOVES it. The people that work here are so caring and patient, and truly want to create the best experience for each child. I have 100% confidence in them, and have no hesitations about sending my child here.

Teachers here are nice and gentle to the kids and always teach them the right thing to do and good manners to follow. My kid loves her daycare and the teachers. They get along very well. And I also appreciate all the staff here to offer so much support and help for my kid. She loves her life in this daycare. It’s a nice and safe environment for kids to stay all day. And I also want to say something about the teacher involved in the recent event. After one and a half year of observation and understanding, she is a good teacher and a good person. Nearly every parent I know or ever talked with all have good comments on her. She is very popular among the kids in the daycare centre. Our kids like her so much. She is energetic, and enthusiastic about her job. What happened might be an accident. I will not on this event before I know the whole story. But what I said about the daycare centre and the teacher here is absolutely my true feeling.
