★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not accept walk-ins on Thursday morning apparently. Very inconvenient. Please find a way to inform people of this so people don't walk in to the walk in clinic, just to be turned away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is listed at open at 7am. It's not. I packed my son up in his pyjamas and sat in the parking lot this morning. Waiting for their 7am opening that never came. It was extremely frustrating. Change your posted hours! :(

I've only been here twice, but both doctors who saw me were fantastic-- not only more knowledgeable/quick witted than prior clinics I have been to, but more friendly too.
Other reviews suggest that reception is crabby/rude. While this is marginally true, the trade off for doctors who are smart, friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need is well worth it.
NOTE
Walk-in hours change week to week. Be sure to give them a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionists really don't want to help. Arrogance verging on rudeness. You can hear the annoyance over the phone when you ask a simple question. Doctors work hard, the reception let the whole place down.
