★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ne sont pas honnêtes. Ils prennent sur votre carte de crédit plus que l'estimé qu'ils vous donnent. Si vous les appelez ils promettent un crédit. Nous avions droit a une tonne. Nous avons jeter une demi tonne bien compté. Au lieu de recevoir le crédit, ils envoient une deuxième facture pour du poid aditionnelle, le conteneur etait plein d'eau de pluie.
Ils ont perdu ma clientèle.
They are not honest. They take on your credit card more than the estimate they give you. If you call them they promise a credit. We were entitled to a ton. We have to throw a half ton well counted. Instead of receiving the credit, they send a second bill for additional weight, the container was full of rainwater.
They lost my clientele.

I've ordered a 40 yard container from this company. I was dealing with a person named Mira Milo.
She accepted my payment, sent me a receipt over the email. There was no confirmation of delivery date. So I emailed her, asking to confirm that container will be there on a date we agreed on. Mira Milo, apparently Harward school of PR postdoc, started her reply to me with words "Like I said", even though she didn't say anything on a subject before. She then called me and told that they cannot confirm the date - because "things can happen" Road closures, earthquakes... I needed container on June 15th. She said, it could arrive on 16th, 17th... and she kept counting to 20 where I stopped her and said - this is not acceptable. I only have a week to finish the job. I can't wait 6 days for the container. She was very irritated and told me - I can cancel. So I cancelled. She gave me no receipt for cancellation. One week later the charge was still there, on my card, so I called her again. This time she was even more irritated and asked me not to call anymore. Three weeks now and still no refund. I've filed a dispute already. Not a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired this service to remove renovation waste, 135$ initial fee includes 2 cubic yards and 25$ per additional cubic yard. Lady on phone advised 2 guys would come, as it was large heavy construction materials. Next day they show up but only 1 guy!! So I had about 4 cubic yards and was charged 2 additional (fair). Now..the bad thing was, I had to help the guy fill the truck as no way he could of filled it on his own...i did their online chat to complain and no reply! Absolutely pathetic! The least they can do is offer a partial refund, i also have back problems, which is the point in using a company like this...unacceptable.

The company has responded to our inquiries regarding compensation for the damage cause and have been so far very cooperative.
Original post:
I did not use this business nor have we ever asked to do business with them. Due to an address error by someone taking contracts for this company, we ended up with a very large dumpster in our driveway that was meant for someone else. They have damaged our driveway and are not responding to inquiries on how this will be resolved. The drop off driver reported back to his company that he scratched our driveway but as you can see from the pictures, this is not just a scratch.
We have made several attempts to contact the manager (whose contact information was provided to us by the driver who came to pick up the dumpster the next day) and we were initially told he would come to see the damage (even though the pick-up driver took his own pictures) but have not seen or heard from them since. We have called multiple times and left mutliple messages.
I will be posting this review and these pictures on every possible site where I can leave a review as well as contacting their parent company E360S Canada Inc.
We will not let this rest and intend to pursue resolution by any means necessary but please be warned.....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
