โ โ โ โ โ I have received very poor and frustrating service. It is rare that someone will answer the phones or return emails! Therefore, I can not get my money back for the product I have not received. I have been promised many things, even for someone to drive to my house and deliver my phone. I was told at a different time that my money would be returned and I would still get the phone. If I could give a rating of 0 stars, I would.

โ โ โ โ โ This business owner Marc is a scammer. He uses this web site to pretend that it is a big business but actually it is just an one man operated scammer. He collected money & never shipped any products you paid. I am trying to collect more victims' information to give it to local RCMP & contact BC consumer protection to take legal actions. We need to work together to make scammers punished.

โ โ โ โ โ This compamy is a total scam! Do not buy anything from thier website, the items do not exist! They tried scamming me out of almost $1100 for an iPhone 7 Plus a few months ago, they kept on telling me that its gonna arrive "today" and it never did. I had to threaten them with legal action to finally get my money back, most people aren't so lucky. The owners name is Marc Cartlidge aka Marc King... Google him.

I purchased an Apple Mac book. Terrible service. Had to contact them several times to get a response; sent emails, voicemail, even went to main office and still, could not get a hold of them. 2 months later, still no product.
Edit: 3 months now, no product. Marc King (a.k.a. Marc Cartlidge) promised at least 6 or 7 times about getting it to me but does not go through with anything he says. I've called him personally for a refund and was told I was cyber bullying him and he's taking legal actions? This guy is a joke. I've filed a report with Consumers Protection BC and so should every other victim of Marc King. Also important to note, the "company" sells Apple products but is not an authorized Apple retailer.

โ โ โ โ โ Very frustrated. Ordered a parrot hanger and was called and told that the pot hanger had been damaged. They said they had to reorder it from the warehouse in the US. I then received another call stating that the pot hanger was a low standards and he felt that I should pick another pot hanger. He offered to look for one and was supposed to send a picture but that never happened. The next call was he didn't see what we were looking for and that I would get a refund that was just after Christmas. I have since to hear from the company after numerous calls or anybody answering at the number. They said I would get a refund which hasn't happened. It is now almost February. I keep calling but only get an answer machine. I want my money back. How do you get a hold of this company?

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered iPhone 7 and they never shipped. it has been 3 months and no refund or order received. Whenever try to call them only Machine speaks and they never answer to voice messages you leave. I went to Vancouver office and found that they don't exist. It look like big scam. I filed complaint against them to consumer Protection. If you are reading this comment I suggest you don't buy anything. Prices may be really good but you ll get nothing.
