I contracted Construction Charic for a project to extend a terrace. The work has been completed on time and with great care. I highly recommend this Shawinigan company that visibly puts customer satisfaction first.

Les éléments structurels cachés de la maison sont suspectés d'échouer en raison de l'omission de colonnes structurelles spécifiées sur les documents contractuels mais non installés. L'enveloppe du bâtiment est défectueuse à plusieurs égards en raison de l'absence d'isolation, de l'étanchéité des joints, etc.
La gestion et la comptabilité du projet étaient totalement malhonnêtes. De nombreux extras sont réclamés 100 000 CAD sur le contrat à prix fixe, sur des composants qui sont bien décrits dans les plans et devis contractuels.
Réfléchissez à deux fois avant d'utiliser Construction Charic.
Construction Charic is on trial over the delivery of a luxury home that was largely not delivered in accordance with the contract.
The hidden structural elements of the house are suspected of failing due to the omission of structural columns specified on the contractual documents but not installed. The building envelope is defective in several respects due to the lack of insulation, tightness of joints, etc.
The management and accounting of the project were totally dishonest. Many extras are claimed 100,000 CAD on the fixed price contract, on components which are well described in the contractual plans and specifications.
Think twice before using Construction Charic.
