★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To often men are expected to only be hard as rock, to take in all the stress an negativity surrounding us and just hold it. Realistically that pressure needs somewhere to go. A well working machine has not only intake but an output as well. Why should we be any different? If you are struggling, you know something's wrong but don't have solutions or a place to start, please consider counselling. I found Dave to be an excellent councilor. He provided a comfortable space to find release from those immense pressures where I was safe from further harming myself or others. He also provided me with the tools to keep my stress and untethered emotions in check and most importantly to heal. In a time when the whole world seems to be getting crazier, seeking help is the best choice you can make. Thank you for everything Dave.
