We had actually booked a competitor business to polish our concrete floors in a new build cottage in northern Ontario. The competitor led us on, took our deposit and did not show up for the job. I was in a state of panic and called Roman on a Saturday explaining to him the situation. He calmed me down, and explained that his team would do the job in just 2 days. The rate for the project was very reasonable. He introduced me to his colleague Michael who went to our cottage with his team to polish the floors. They were scheduled to be there for just one week but stayed for 2 weeks to finish the project to our satisfaction. Michael and Roman were amazing to communicate with. They face-timed with me, showed me around the showroom and gave me timely updates on the status of the project. We love our new floors! They are environmentally friendly and beautiful.
