★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2nd visit with my daughter. Friendly, Professional, Prompt and Empathetic Physio service here. Henryk goes above and beyond! Got in last minute on a Friday due to a recess injury. They truly are knowledgeable and caring for the healing of the whole person here. My go to physio place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My recent experience at Concordia Physiotherapy was very negative. I was under the treatment of Dhaval Desi, Physiotherapist. I experienced more pain now than I was after 25 treatments. I had pain in my arm that I never experienced before from inappropriate guidance and was told to put heat on it that made it worse. Back pain worsened. I found his manner very rude and definitely did not listen to my feedback concerning my pain. When I told him that my pain increased he raised the expectations in the program. I really question his competence to implement a respectful program. I would not recommend his services to anyone else since his program has caused more pain not less.
