★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in to go shop and obviously I didn’t buy anything because everyone was to busy drinking espresso in there with there buddies so I walked out but when I walked out I dropped my ten dollar bill thinking someone will notice and hunt me down and give it back. I was wrong cause when I went back the lady in the front told she didn’t see anything when she was the one that took it and put it under her computer. Moral of my review these people are thieves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is great, very helpful and everything but that lady cashier that cashes you out has NO clue about anything. It seems that after 10 years she still doesn't know what are the codes or the prices on stuff and get this, she wants you to go yourself and retrieve the codes for her where you grabbed your stuff from. She must be related or a family member of the owner, I can't explain how she is still there after so many screw ups. I try to cash out with the guys instead but they send me to her over and over again, it's very frustrating, I don't know why this place can't get with the times and put price tags on their products, Jesus it's a 75-year old technology and they don't use it.

I'm afraid I may give 4star because the guys who are supposed to help the customer are a little bit bouncy and it takes some time to convince one of them to keep helping you! But in contrast talking to them is a real fun.

And in every way: the price, the service, it was great.
But this time I had a problem with the tools and that tools I had not bought from this place. But the manager there gave me the best help and services. And I have to thank him for the most.
Also, I recommend this place to all contractors.
