J'ai obtenu une confirmation verbale sur place que mon projet serait livré dans les délais. Après plusieurs appels téléphoniques et des courriels pour obtenir un suivi de l'avancement, je n'ai eu aucun retour et j'ai été complètement ignoré. Je n'ai pas été en mesure de recevoir mon livrable à temps. La prochaine fois, svp ne pas vous engager à livrer un travail que vous ne ferez pas. Cela fait perdre du temps à tout le monde.
 I went on a Tuesday morning to get business cards for the Monday of the following week. I got verbal confirmation on site that my project would be delivered on time. After several phone calls and emails to get a progress follow-up, I had no feedback and was completely ignored. I was unable to receive my deliverable on time. Next time around, please don't commit to delivering work that you won't do. It wastes everyone's time.
