Suite à l’installation, le printemps s’installe et je constate qu’il y a un peu d’eau qui coule dans ma résidence suite au démarrage de l’air climatisé. Maxime se présente rapidement avec un frigoriste, il effectue les réparations sans me charger un sou. Great service, he responds quickly and shows up the same day. The elastomeric membrane was carefully installed to solve my infiltration problem. Following the installation, spring sets in and I notice that there is a little water flowing in my residence following the start of the air conditioning. Maxime shows up quickly with a refrigeration mechanic, he does the repairs without charging me a penny.

The first job was to remove an old tar and gravel base and install a brand new membrane flat roof. The latest service was to perform some roof maintenance work after a home inspection during a sale. Even though it was peak season, Max and his company were able to accommodate and help out in a time critical sale process. Max and his company took free time from their weekend and came to perform the work on a Sunday! I appreciate Max and his company's work and efforts.
