Ils ont fait une job pour moi et j'ai dû tout refaire par une autre compagnie car ils ne répondaient plus à mes appels et ils ont changé de nom de compagnie. Des voleurs quoi! Ils ont installé des équipements d'ancienne génération que le fabricant ne recommandait pas car instables!!! De plus, ils ont installé les équipement à l'envers (!!?) et n'ont pas configuré le système tel que ça avait été entendu... Donc système inutilisable avec plaintes des utilisateurs. Perte de plusieurs milliers de dollars! Bravo champions: Luc Savard et Guillaume Martel qui font maintenant affaires sous le nom Entreprise Savmar ou Entreprise SM ou Alarme Pro Action. Restez loin d'eux!!!
The height of incompetence and bad service. They did a job for me and I had to redo everything with another company because they no longer answered my calls and they changed my company name. Thieves what! They installed old generation equipment that the manufacturer did not recommend because it was unstable !!! In addition, they installed the equipment backwards (!!?) And did not configure the system as it was intended ... So system unusable with complaints from users. Loss of several thousand dollars! Bravo champions: Luc Savard and Guillaume Martel who now do business under the name Entreprise Savmar or Entreprise SM or Alarme Pro Action. Stay away from them !!!
