★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The response time was amazing even in the midst of a winter wind storm. We had a broken water pipe in our heating system and it was fixed in an hour. We had to have them come back for another issue that arose and the plumber showed up quickly with a great attitude and got the pump going again. The follow up call was also prompt and genuine. Great company to work with

Had them replumb my whole kitchen on a renovation and had the reschedule them many times due to other trade delays, and they showed up every time I needed them and they did great work. I highly recommend them.

We hired them to work on our new kitchen, everything was done very professionally and in timely manner. Their employee, Lorne is a very professional, extremely knowledgeable and organized plumber. He is a diligent, hardworking and very detail oriented!
On a different note, Concept Plumbing is an ethical company to deal with, They do quality work with reasonable rates.
They rock! I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really appreciated the Concept Plumbing team, from talking with the office to book an appointment, having the plumber come to our home and paying the bill, everything was clear and professional.
I really appreciated how responsive they were and their ability to fit in my small job, the plumber who came to our home, Lorne, was friendly and knew what he was doing, I felt like I was in good hands the entire time.
I would not hesitate to recommend Concept Plumbing and Gas to any of my family or friends!
