It's sickening especially almost christmas when people are in serious need of work. How can people buy gifts for loved ones when they really can't afford it. I will report this company if I don't hear of a interview soon. absolutely gross.
B	Bob Beckton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at a Cona Vacation Property a few years ago. Their approach to customer support was oddly horrible. It was quite clear that their true clients are the owners of the houses, as opposed to the guests. Such a bizarre experience dealing with them. It was like we were an imposition on them every time we reached out. Needless to say, I do not recommend staying at the properties they manage.
T	Tom Richey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family, and 4 other families, were looking forward to staying at Mt. Washington this past March (sounds fun right?). But when the global pandemic shut down the ski hill, and the world was told to self-isolate, the owners of Cona Vacation Getaways decided to self-isolate with our money. So, now each family is out $900, and the Cona team is drinking Corona’s in the sun (I’m assuming the last part). Cona made it very clear to us that their real customers were the property owners that use Cona’s services to rent their ski cabins out to the general public. I guess you could say that Cona isn’t the villain in this situation. But, I would disagree. Cona did next to nothing to help us solve the issue and seemingly crumbled under the pressure. This could have been an easy win for Cona. They could have re-booked our trips to next year, communicated better, paid out a refund, or done anything meaningful. But, they didn’t. So, in summary, Cona Vacation Getaway isn’t the best option when planning a trip to Mt. Washington. Go with other options. There are plenty.

Booking was straightforward, Cona staff were responsive to my numerous emails, place was clean, access was easy, unit was outfitted with signs to explain stuff like how to run TV. No issues here we had a great time and will be booking again through Cona.
