★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick response to inquiry. Dropped off computer was quick to check computer. Advised what he thought was the best 'next step' on a phone call and provided pictures. Work was completed and computer was returned quickly at an affordable price. (a 2nd family computer was brought for servicing within a week of 1st contact with this company. Same great service received.). Highly recommend. Definitely faster and more attentive than local 'big' businesses.

He explained the issue, what has been done to resolve and kept me updated during the process. I would definitely recommend for any IT related issue to resolve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son's computer was constantly over heating and I had run out of trouble shooting ideas. I also had a new CPU that I could not install because I had to update the motherboard and didn't have any idea how this was done. When I reached out they had no issues with my requests and took my computer in right away. After looking at the computer they quickly found the over heating problem and then installed my CPU with no issues. Now we have the computer back and it is running better than ever. They even cleaned up the cable management (or lack of) that makes the computer just look better. Thanks a lot for your service and I encourage anyone having issues with their computers to give these guys a call. They will help you out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard drive failure in an iMac (desktop) model was repaired beautifully. The glass screen needed to be removed to complete the repair and the final outcome was more storage and a faster system that looked the same as when I dropped it off.
All the data was restored from an external backup drive so it was a pretty seamless process. Professional, fair, and reasonably priced with an excellent outcome. Thanks!
