★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took damaged computer to this place to get data taken off. When I was there, night used Toshiba laptop. Paid $75 to get data transferred and $200 for computer. He wasn't able to transfer data.
Took computer, back today, 3 weeks later, it's crapping out, won't turn on.
He wanted $35 cash just to check plug portal.
Everything cash, huge scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impress with Arthur, the technician. He has a professional manner, clear communication, honesty and super fast service. That is all I needed. I brought my PC in for him to check yesterday, it got fixed in just 3 hours and run like a champ again. AMAZING SERVICE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff laughed at me, in my face, because I said my computer stopped booting while I’m formatting my computer. I just wanted to know any possible reason why, and hoped he fix the issue. But what he said was “you’re not professional, and you can’t format your computer” and kept laughing at me for a while. when MS is obviously letting all the users simply reset the computer with few clicks. I felt extremely offended, and disrespected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends laptop was soaked from water that we spilled and I called them last minute to see if they could fix it, they were super nice about it and stayed opened a bit longer for us to give the laptop. We were super panicked since the laptop contained a lot of important data. But the guys in the store were very nice and efficient! They fixed the laptop so quickly (less than a day) and everything was back to normal no damage at all!! The price was very reasonable too. Definitely if I brought the same problem to apple or best buy they would charge me an arm and a leg. I don't write reviews often but these guys are a hidden gem any computer problems definitely go to them!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a SSD problem with the computer only booting up into BIOS. I went to four other computer repair shops before this and they all said that they would need days/weeks to help. I came to this shop and the technician promptly told me to buy a new SSD at Best Buy and come back later. Once I returned in an hour, he cracked the computer open while we were talking and started working on it. He had it done by that evening. If you are looking for efficiency, then this shop definitely delivers. The technician also communicates well over phone and text so you can stay updated about the status of your device. Reasonably priced as well.
