★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté une entreprise qui faisait affaire avec le cabinet Sylvestre Roy. Possédant déjà plusieurs enterprises, j'ai alors transféré le mandat de la comptabilité au cabinet comptable qui traite mes autres entreprises pour une question de logistique.
Or, à 2 reprises j'ai tenté d'avoir des documents importants datant de la période où Sylvestre Roy avait le mandat et j'ai été complètement ignoré, appels non retournés et courriel jamais répondu.
Pour le professionnalisme, c'est un échec complet de leur part. Un comportement questionnable qui place un bon doute sur la qualité du travail effectué alors qu'ils en avait le mandat.
I bought a company that did business with Sylvestre Roy. Already owning several companies, I then transferred the accounting mandate to the accounting firm that deals with my other companies for a matter of logistics.
However, on 2 occasions I tried to have important documents dating from the period when Sylvestre Roy had the mandate and I was completely ignored, calls not returned and email never answered.
For professionalism, it's a complete failure on their part. A questionable behavior which places a good doubt on the quality of the work carried out when they had the mandate.

I’ve been looking for accountants that are actively looking out for their clients, and not just number crunching to get the taxes out of the way.
Our work keeps us busy and we can't be everywhere at once so it's great to know you can rely on professionals.
Luc and the team have looked out for us in numerous occasions and made sure everything is optimal.
