You are expected to work here and be happy with that fact that you are belittled, over worked, and not valued. The customer will be sent in circles as no one actually wants to help the customer. You will be met with "We are a wholesaler" of the job is a slight inconvenience to the people helping you.
It is a shame this company bought all the competition on Winnipeg as now they can get away with treating the customers poorly. Fingers crossed competion opens in Winnipeg and the good people from Polynt are adopted and provide the customer service they were once able to.
